Runway Threshold-End Light Inset

Inset, bidirectional threshold-end light to mark the threshold/end of the runway

Threshold lights/end lights are installed to provide quick and positive identification of the threshold/end of a runway.

The colour is emitted directly by LEDs in green or red depending on the viewing angle where red light towards the runway indicates the end of the runway for a departing aircraft and green outwards from the end of the runway to indicate the threshold of landing aircraft.

Runway Threshold / End Light Inset is a bidirectional light and protrudes 6.35 mm above the ground.

The light complies with standards for ICAO and NATO:STANAG 3316.
